The applicant was not having money to pay court fee and upon receipt of enhanced amount of compensation, appeal is preferred. After going through the contents of the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Hence, the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Needless to say that the applicants shall not be entitled to interest on the enhancement if granted till the date of filing of this appeal. 3.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
