For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the name of the respondent No.3 is permitted to be deleted from the array of respondents. The respondents No.1 and 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company before this Court, along with accrued interest, if any.
