NOVEMBER 20, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) Present contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the interim order dated 24/09/2018 and final order passed in Writ Petition No.6189/2018 dated 03/04/2019.

3) It was brought to my notice that after the order dated 03/04/2019 passed by this Court, the School Tribunal dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner employee. The said dismissal was assailed by filing Writ Petition No.763/2021, and the said writ petition filed by the petitioner-employee came to be allowed.

4) In view thereof, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition No.299/2019. Hence, the same is disposed of. (SIDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE, J.) KOLHE
