This application is filed by the respondent No.1 in a petition filed by one of his employees. In such a petition, the Head Master, i.e. the respondent No.1, is seeking stay to the effect and operation of the order passed by the respondent No.2- Education Officer (secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati, on 16-9-2022. In fact, such a prayer is based on a separate cause of action. If the respondent No.1 is aggrieved by the same, he is free to pursue independent remedy for whatever cause of action he is having in the matter.

The civil application is, therefore, rejected. 3.

We direct the respondent No.1 to hand over the charge of the post of Head Master to the next senior-most teacher in terms of the order dated 16-9-2022 passed by the respondent No.2- Education Officer with immediate effect.
