This petition takes exception to the order dated 30th December, 2019 passed by respondent no.3Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati. 2.

The orders impugned in this petition are in relation to mutation entries/revenue entries. It is not in dispute that the title suit in relations to lands in question is pending. It is well settled that mutation entries do not confer any right and title in favour of any one nor cancellation of mutation entries extinguishes the right and title of rightful owner. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed.
