DATED : 22-08-2025 Learned Advocate for the original petitioners submitted that the applicants in the review application have not filed a copy of a decree passed in First Appeal No. 69-B/1921 dated 2204-1925 on record, and, therefore, the review applicants be directed to file the same on record.

In response, learned Senior Advocate shri. Bhangde submitted that the petitioners had relied on the copy of the decree passed in First Appeal No. 69-B/1921 dated 22-04-1925; however, inadvertently in the order dated 21-04-2025, the said number and date of order was incorrectly recorded and as such he prays to correct the same in the order, for which the learned Advocate for the petitioners have given no objection. In view of the above, the part of the order dated 21-042025 regarding the number of First Appeal and the date of the said decision recorded therein be corrected as submitted by the learned Senior Advocate above. After making corrections, the corrected copy of the order shall be uploaded.

The review applicants are directed to produce a copy of the decree in First Appeal No. 69-B/1921 dated 22-04-1925 on record and also supply it to the learned Advocate for the original petitioners.

In view of the above, the civil application No.506/2025 has become infructuous, hence disposed of.

Civil Application No. 420/2025.

The review applicants have filed this application to permit them to amend the review application as stated in para No. 2 of the application, for which the learned Advocate for the original petitioners have objected.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and gone through the record, we do not find substance in the objection raised by the learned Advocate for the original petitioners. We deem it appropriate to allow the said application. Hence, the application is allowed. The review applicants are directed to carry out the amendment in the review application within one week and supply a copy of the amended application within one week thereafter to the parties to the application. The application is disposed of.

Civil Application No. 903/2025.

The original petitioners have filed this application to recall the order dated 21-04-2025.

3 mca307.25.odt Having considered the averments made in the application, we deem it appropriate to hear the said application along with the main application. Hence, this application will be heard along with the main application.

Civil Application No. 954/2025.

The original petitioners have filed this application to restrain the review applicants from changing the nature of the suit property, as well as creating a third-party interest over the suit property till the disposal of the review application. In reply to this, the learned Senior Advocate made a statement that the review applicants will not change the nature of the suit property nor will they create a third-party interest over the disputed/suit property till the disposal of the review application.

His statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. 4.

In view of the said statement, the application is allowed as prayed and disposed of.
