The said pursis states that the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the Company has deposited the amount of Rs. 3,83,507/- towards compensation in this Court. 3.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw the said amount deposited by the appellant alongwith accrued interest unconditionally. 4.
