Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The applicants has been arrested in connection with Crime No.2/2015 registered with Police Station Yetapalli, Dist. Gadchiroli for an offence punishable under Sections 313, 316, 318, 34 of the IPC, Section 3 and 5 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act and Section 4 (6) of the POCSO Act.

The applicant was arrested on 12.03.2015 and since then he is in jail. The investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed. In view of above, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.704/2015 is allowed.

ba704.15 (ii) Applicant-Kailash Edaka Velladi be released on bail on he furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount in relation to Crime No.02/2015 registered with Police Station Yetapalli, Dist. Gadchiroli for an offence punishable under Sections 313, 316, 318, 34 of the IPC, Section 3 and 5 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act and Section 4 (6) of the POCSO Act.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(iv) The applicant shall not enter village Bidri, Tq. Yetapalli, Dist. Gadchiroli till the trial is over. JUDGE kahale
