DATED : 01 SEPTEMBER 2016 01 SEPTEMBER 2016 Heard.

Notice.

Shri S. A. Ashirgade, learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the State and seeks time to file reply.

The grant of interim protection has been strongly opposed by the learned A.P.P. for the State. However, considering the fact that the pledged articles have been released in favour of the borrowers by following the procedure prescribed under the Scheme, I am of the view that at this stage, the applicant deserves interim protection. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.0277/2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 and 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Police Station, Chandur Bazar, Distt. Amravati, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall attend the police station every day for a period of one week starting from 05/9/2016 and also on such other day/s as may be required by the investigating officer, shall cooperate with the police in the investigation and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

This order shall remain valid until further orders. Stand over for two weeks.
