Heard Shri Sudame, the learned Advocate for the applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. The applicant is permitted to publish notice in the daily newspaper "Deshonati" having circulation at Yavatmal. The applicant to deposit the required charges with the Registrar of this Court till 30th January, 2015. If the amount is deposited, the Registrar to take further steps in the matter. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, this order shall stand recalled and this application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
