This is an application for condonation of delay of 2111 days in filing the appeal, filed on behalf of the applicant-claimant, seeking further enhancement of compensation over and above the amount of compensation granted by the Reference Court in the present case.

Applying the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of ImratLal .vs. Collector (LA) - (2014) 14 Supreme Court Cases 133, the application for condonation of delay is allowed, delay is condoned subject to the condition that the applicant-appellant shall not be entitled to interest for the period of delay of 2111 days, in case this appeal is allowed and the quantum of compensation is further enhanced. The application is disposed of.
