After hearing for some time and on expressing disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to move afresh after six months if there is no progress in trial in near future. 2.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to move fresh application if the trial is not commenced within next one year.
