This is an application seeking correction in the name of respondent No.1-b, who was in the application referred to as 'Champibai Tulsidas Mahant'. It is submitted that when the Aadhar Card of this respondent was furnished in the Registry an objection was taken that the Aadhar Card shows the name as Champabai and not Champibai, and therefore, this application has been made. It is submitted that the same was a typographical error by the counsel.

Mr. Kasat, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the application may be allowed subject to due verification.

Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the application.

Let the Registry verify the details of the name with respect to the person, who is stated to be legal heir of respondent No.1. If upon verification, it is found that the person 'Champabai Tulsidas Mahant', is the legal heir of respondent No.1, then let the correction be made and the amount be allowed to be withdrawn in that name. Registry to act accordingly.
