The registration of Civil Revision Application (St) No.9531 of 2022, was refused by order dated 14.03.2023, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial).

Misc. Civil Application (St) No.16289 of 2024 is filed challenging the said order.

The respondents though served has not appeared.

Since there is delay in filing the revision application, the application for condonation of delay is also filed.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, Civil Application (CAO) No.156 of 2025 and Misc. Civil Application (St) No.16289 of 2024 are allowed and order dated 14.03.2023, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is set-aside and delay caused in filing the revision application is hereby condoned. 6.

Civil Revision Application (St) No.9531 of 2022 be registered, subject to condition that learned Advocate for the applicants/revisionists shall remove all office objections on or before 19.09.2025. 7.

In the event, office objections are not removed before the said date, the civil revision application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In view of the above, Civil Application (CAO) No.156 of 2025 and Misc. Civil Application (St) No.16289 of 2024, are disposed of.
