This is an application filed by the applicant/respondent no.1 for Speaking to Minutes of the order dated 13-09-2022.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Registry has raised an objection with respect to paragraph 3 of the order dated 13-09-2022 stating that the amount of Rs. 14,34,438/- had already been withdrawn and it is only the interest on the said amount that is lying with the Registry. In this view of the matter, the learned Counsel seeks order to be corrected to be only in respect of interest portion.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant as well as the learned Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company, the Registry is directed to allow the applicants (being respondents no.1 to 3 in the Appeal) to withdraw the interest amount on
cao 738.22.
2/2 Rs.14,34,438/- within a period of two weeks. Paragraph 3 of the order dated 13-09-2022 is corrected as :
"3.
Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the appellant/Insurance Company, the Registry is directed to allow the interest on an amount of Rs.14,34,438/- lying in the Registry to be withdrawn by the applicants (being respondent nos. 1 to 3 in the Appeal) within a period of two weeks."

The rest of the order to remain as it is.

Application is allowed in above terms.
