The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.441 of 2022, registered with Police Station Murtizapur (Rural), District: Akola, for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

In this crime, the mother and the father of the informant died due to the injuries caused to them during the assault by the accused.

After going through the material collected by the Investigation Officer (IO) during the investigation and the injuries caused to the deceased, I am of the opinion that as the IO has collected sufficient incriminating material against the applicant and further as the offence is serious, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

The criminal application is rejected.
