Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Seen the F.I.R. and the case-diary. The threat given is that if Rs.50,000/- is not paid, the illegal business of sand excavation carried out by the complainant would be reported to the authorities appointed under the law. The threat of reporting illegal business to the authorities appointed under the law prima facie cannot be considered to be "injury" as contemplated under Sections 383 or 384 or 385 of the Indian Penal Code. In these circumstances, the registration of previous crime being Crime No.342/2016 at Police Station Mul, District Chandrapur is of no consequence. The application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 01/09/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. The application is disposed of.
