This is an appeal of convicted accused in Special Child Protection Case No. 164 of 2018 challenging the order of conviction. It is informed by learned counsel Shri Uday Gosavi vide pursis stamp No.1720 of 2020 that the accused died on 01.11.2019 for which death certificate issued by competent authority has been produced.
