DATE : 10.06.2016 The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that though the deemed date of graduate pay-scale was granted to all similarly situated employees, the petitioner and a couple of others were left out. It is stated that one such employee that was left out had filed Writ Petition No.4370/2009 and this Court had by an order dated 29.7.2010 directed the respondents to decide the representation within a time-frame. It is stated that similar order could be passed in the case of the petitioner also. Since the representations made by the petitioner are still pending, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to decide the representations of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of two months.

Order accordingly. No costs.
