The present application is filed by the appellants/applicants for extension of time to furnish the details of profession/occupation along with movable and immovable properties of the appellants. 2.

It appears that, this Court, vide judgment and order dated 10/08/2023 directed the appellants to handover the possession within one week from today i.e. from 10/08/2023. It was further directed that the appellants/plaintiff shall furnish on affidavit the details of their profession/occupation along with movable and immovable properties belonging to them within seven working days from today i.e. from 10/08/2023.

It appears that there were some corrections in the judgment dated 10/08/2023, and vide order dated 17/08/2023, the correction were carried out in paragraph nos. 31(a) and 31(d) of the judgment.

It is contended that after correction in the judgment, the present application is filed for extension of time by the appellants/ applicants from 18/8/2023. By this application, the applicants seek four weeks' time to furnish the details as per direction given in paragraph no. 32 of the judgment.

After filing of this application, the interim protection was granted and the matter was adjourned from time to time to file reply at the request of learned AGP.

Today, the reply is filed in the present application. In this process, four weeks' time has already been passed. As such, the appellants/applicants are hereby directed to furnish the said details by 20/09/2023.

Till then, the interim protection shall be continued. 8.
