Issue notice to the respondents returnable after twelve weeks. CIVIL APPLICATION (C.A.F.) NO.2863/2024 3.

The appellant has filed this appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara dated 1.4.2024 in M.A.C.P. No.99/2019. The appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon before this Court within a period of 12 weeks. The effect and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to depositing the above amount by the appellant within a period of 12 weeks. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated.
