DATED : 01 -10-2024 In the affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and affirmed by the Assistant Project Officer, Ekatmik Tribal Development Project, Dharni, District Amravati a categorical statement is made in paragraph No. 2, that based upon the performance of petitioner No. 2 School, the Tribal Development Department had reconsidered its earlier decision and by issuing Government Resolution dated 31.8.2023, its name is included in the list of reputed school to admit the students.

The copy of the Government Resolution dated 31.8.2023 is placed on record and as Annexure-R1. 3.

In the wake of aforesaid statement on affidavit, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioners fairly concedes to
