Heard Mr. Awchat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.
It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed on 19.10.2022 on the post of Special Assistant Public Prosecutor and was posted in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Arvi, District Wardha. It is her case that while working at Arvi, she was abruptly discontinued from the said post. It was urged that the documents which were formed to be basis for her discontinuation were not supplied to her.

Partial prayer of the petitioner in the petition to the extent of making her available all the documents is duly addressed and the petitioner has acknowledged the receipt of the said documents. 4.
As regards discontinuation of her services are concerned, she being a State Government employee, even if appointed on contractual basis, in our opinion can approach before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT).

That being so, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
