Heard the petitioner in person.

Perused the complaint. The complaint is devoid of the details, such as the exact nature of the construction, the names of the persons who are indulging in the constructions, the area of the construction and correct description of the properties in question. It is also not known whether or not the petitioner had sent any legal notices to the persons who are, in his opinion, indulging in illegal constructions. The petitioner has not annexed any copy of the sanctioned plan and other documents on the basis of which, some prima facie conclusion regarding the constructions which are alleged to be made can be reached. Even otherwise, such petition, complaining of making of illegal constructions invariably gives rise to

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
