Learned counsel for petitioners submits that he will file an appeal under provisions of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, before appellate Court to challenge order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Paoni dated 04.04.2019 below Exh.-17, by which learned Judge of the Court below allowed the application for interim maintenance, partly. Permission is granted.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If an appeal is filed within 15 days from today and if it is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, learned Judge of appellate Court shall consider it, looking to the pendency of the present writ petition and looking to the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
