Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to her, proceedings bearing HMP No. 182 of 2018 and HMP No.151 of 2018 are pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon Court Corrected as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 16-12-2025 since long. She in the aforesaid background requests this Court that she will prefer an application for early hearing before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon.

In that view of the matter, if such application is preferred by the petitioner, we direct the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon, to consider such application and decide the application within a period of fifteen days from the date of filing such application. 3.
