It is informed to us that the objection raised by the petitioner has been decided, and petitioner has preferred a Writ Petition against said rejection of objection, which is to be dealt with by the learned Single Judge.

Present petition seeks a direction to respondents to decide the objection raised by the petitioner. The objection having been decided, nothing survives in this petition.

It is urged by the learned counsel for the

Order 0409wp5783.19 petitioner that though the order is shown to have been passed on 07.08.2019, infact it has been passed after 16.08.2019, i.e. after the order was passed in this Writ Petition. It is further urged by him that the interim order passed by this Court be continued for a further period of 15 days.

The question as to whether the order was passed backdated, can be agitated in a separate petition filed challenging the validity of the said order, hence, we need not to adjudicate upon the said issue and keep it open to be agitated in separate petition. 6.

So far as the continuation of interim order for a period of 15 days is concerned, since it is not opposed by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, the interim order passed on 16.08.2019, shall continue to operate for a further period of 15 days from today, and petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Single Judge for grant of interim order. This interim order shall cease to operate automatically, after expiry of 15 days.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
