By this application the claimants seek permission to withdraw balance amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. It is stated that the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are undergoing medical treatment and hence are in need of amount.

The application is opposed by counsel for the appellant on the ground that 50% of the amount has already been permitted to be withdrawn.

Considering the documents annexed to the application the claimants are permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.

2,00,000/- subject to filing usual undertaking with this Court. Application is disposed of.
