This is an application seeking permission to withdraw amount deposited by the applicant in this Court. This application is moved by non-applicant No.2.

It is an admitted fact before this Court that in pursuance to order passed by this Court on 23.2.2021, the applicant deposited Rs.75,000/- in this Court. In the said order it has been observed that direction was given to the applicant to deposit Rs.75,000/- for the welfare of child. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Non-applicant No.2-Sau.Monika Ritesh Pidiyar Alias Ku.Monika Suresh Didwani, is permitted to withdraw amount Rs.75,000/- deposited by the applicant in this Court along with accrued interest.

The criminal application stands disposed of.

At a request made by learned counsel for the .....2/-

appp1990.21 17 applicant and learned counsel for non-applicant No.2, Registrar (J.) shall appoint a Mediator from the panel of Mediators. 3.

Both parties submit that they will appear before learned Mediator on 4.4.2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Mediation Centre at the High Court.

Learned Mediator, so appointed, is requested to file report of mediation within a period of six weeks from the date of first appearance of parties before him.
