The learned counsel for the proposed Intervener submits that the order dated 28/08/2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Chandrapur is the subject of matter of challenge in Appeal No.06/2019 and I.A. No.1036/2021 has been moved seeking interim relief.

Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The interim direction issued on 24/11/2021 stands vacated. It is made clear that the Debts Recovery Tribunal would consider the proceedings initiated by the borrower on its own merits without being influenced by the observations made in these proceedings.
