The Office note shows that notice issued by this Court vide order dated 24.08.2022 for engagement of lawyer could not be served upon the petitioner for want of correct and detail address. The present petition is pending since 2010 and after going through the address of the petitioner given in the title clause, it mentions R/o & Rajura, Distt. Chandrapur. Thus, in absence of detail and correct address, it is difficult for Bailiff to serve the petitioner.

In view of that matter, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
