The petition impugns the communication dated 6th November, 2015 addressed by the respondent no. 1 to respondent no. 2 accepting the offer of respondent no. 2. Period of almost 11 months has already lapsed. In that view of the matter, we do not find that any interference at this is warranted. Petition is thus rejected.
