We find that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the view taken by this Court in Writ Petition No.491/2019 (Ku. Nayan d/o Bhaskar Chouke V/s. The Scheduled Tribes Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur and another) decided on 16.07.2021 and, therefore, we see no reason to reject this petition.

The petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause(i). 4.

We direct respondent No.1 to issue tribe validity certificate of Mana Scheduled Tribe to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. 5.
