AUGUST 29, 2024 Having heard for some time and considering the findings recorded in paragraph 8 of the order, it appears that there occurred apparent error in not giving effect to the finding so rendered on contributory negligence in the operative part of the order as also while calculating the amount of compensation. This is not a case where the correction could be made under the speaking to minutes.

The applicants are at liberty to file application for review. It, if filed, will be considered on its own merit.

The application is disposed of.
