Since there was no response by respondent no.2 to the notice issued by this Court and since, in spite of grant of last chance, no reply was filed, vide order dt.7.12.2016, we had directed the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati to personally remain present in this Court today and show cause as to why an action should not be taken against him for not diligently responding to the notice issued by this Court. Accordingly, today, Dr.Kiran s/o.
Haribhau Kulkarni, who is working as a Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati is personally present in this Court. He has filed
1412wp5712.15.odt an affidavit today tendering his unconditional apology. It is stated in the affidavit that appointment order is issued to the petitioner in compliance of the order passed by the Grievance Committee. The contents of the affidavit would reveal that respondent no.2 did not intentionally avoided to file reply.
Now that respondent no.2 has tendered his unconditional apology and that the purpose for which the petition was filed is also served, Hence, the notice issued to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati stands discharged. The Writ Petition is disposed of as having served it's purpose. No order as to costs.
