The petitioner approached this court with a limited grievance that though the application for grant of dealer's license in accordance with law under the provisions of Maharashtra Minor Mineral Extractions (Development & Regulations) Rules, 2013 is moved on 12.4.2016, the same is not yet decided.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today.
