Thakare, learned APP, upon instructions, states that report under Section 169 of Code of Criminal Procedure is being presented shortly before the Court of J.M.F.C. Khamgaon. It is, therefore, obvious that the said Court shall before proceeding further in the matter, hear respondent no. 2/complainant. Advocate Kalwaghe points out that in both the applications, the applicants (alleged accused) have made a prayer for proceeding under Section 211 of Indian Penal Code. The prayer can be considered after suitable orders are
