The present petition is misconceived one for the reason that the petitioner and the respondent were directed by the learned Trial Court to file the written notes of arguments as on the date when the matter was fixed for hearing, the time which according to the parties would require for argument was not practically possible for the Trial Court to grant because of other assignments. The said order has been treated as the order precluding petitioner and the respondent from making oral arguments. After going through the order dated 10.07.2023 it does not appear so, in that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed.
