The appellant no.1 - Mohan Prabhakar Uttarwar is reported to be dead. His legal heirs have filed the present civil application for bringing them on record. There is no delay in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The legal heirs of deceased appellant no.1 be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out accordingly.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
