By these applications, the applicants pray for setting aside abatement of the appeal against respondent no.1, who had expired on 19.1.2009. It is stated that only when information in this regard was given by the counsel for respondent no.2, the applicants took further steps.
The legal representatives of respondent no.1 have been duly served with the applications. However, there is no opposition to the prayers made in the applications. Hence, the applications are allowed. The abatement of the appeal against respondent no.1 is set aside and the legal representatives are permitted to be brought on record. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
The applications are allowed and disposed of. List the appeal for final hearing in the week commencing 6th April, 2015.
