The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has not vacated the suit premises, even after the period of three months granted to him by this Court to vacate the premises. After going through the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition no. 612 of 2019 on 12.04.2019, I find that this Court on its own granted three months time to the respondent to vacate the suit premises. It cannot be said that the respondent has committed any breach or willfully disobeyed the undertaking given to this Court. Hence, this is not a proper case to exercise jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Therefore, the Contempt Petition is not entertained and is disposed. No costs.

It is clarified this order will not come in the way of the petitioner in executing the decree.
