CORAM : ANIL L. PANSARE, J.
MARCH 7, 2025 On 22/1/2025, following order was passed :
"None present for the petitioner.
List the petitions under the caption of 'dismissal' on 30-1-2025."
2] The petition was accordingly listed on 30/1/2025, when following order came to be passed : "1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the petition.
2.
List the matters after two weeks."
3] Today, none is appearing for the petitioner.
Thus, it appears that though the learned Counsel for the petitioner made a statement on previous date that the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the petition, it appears that he has, in fact, lost interest in the petition. 4] The petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.
5] Copy of order be served on the petitioner for taking appropriate steps, if so desired.
