CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & KUM. INDIRA JAIN, JJ.
JUNE 24, 2016.
Heard Shri A.S. Manohar and Shri P.R. Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners in respective petitions, Mrs. K.S. Joshi, learned APP for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Shri C.N. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 in both the petitions, for some time.
After hearing the respective counsel, we find that the contentions which raise few points in defence and point of some disputed facts, cannot be looked into here in this jurisdiction for the first time.
Hence, keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to the petitioners to file such application as they may be advised at appropriate juncture before the trial Court, we dispose of both the petitions.
Needless to mention that interim directions stand vacated.
