This is an application for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration of dismissing Criminal Revision Application No.88 of 2004 which was dismissed by this Court on 9.11.2006.

Heard learned counsel Shri S.P. Tatke for the applicant.

I have perused the reasons for condonation of delay. No satisfactory reasons are put forthwith. Delay is inordinate that is nine years and 22 days. Hence, the application is rejected.
