This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 977 days in preferring an appeal against the judgment and decree dated 29.08.2015, passed by the Adhoc District Judge -2, Nagpur, in LAC No.375 of 2011.

Learned counsel for Applicant/Appellant draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 to 4 of the application in support of her contentions to condone the delay. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent No.1/State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2/ Acquiring Body have no objection, if the delay is condoned and the appeals is registered.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application, let the delay of 977 days in preferring the first appeal be condoned and let the appeal be registered within a period of two weeks from today.

The civil application accordingly stands disposed.
