Shri Dharmadhikari, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that initially the K-Prat was granted in favour of the petitioners but, the said order was cancelled on the ground that the measurements were not properly made. It is submitted that the respondents had observed that a fresh K-Prat would be granted to the petitioners after remeasuring the property. It is stated that after the cancellation of the K-Prat granted in favour of the petitioners, the respondents are not carrying out the measurements.
Shri Damle, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, states on instructions that fresh measurement would be carried out as early as possible and appropriate orders would be passed. It is stated that some documents are not to be found in the record of the respondents and the petitioners may supply the same to the respondents for doing the
WP5258-16 needful.
In view of the statements made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to carry out the measurements and pass appropriate orders within four months. The petitioners should cooperate with the respondent-Authority and submit the documents, if required. Order accordingly. No costs.
