After arguing for some time, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with a request that the Sessions Court be directed to dispose the trial within four months.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the application.

The Sessions Court shall dispose the trial till 30th November, 2017.

If the trial is not disposed till 30th November, 2017 the applicant may reiterate his request. With the above liberty, the application is disposed as withdrawn.
