This is an application for stay to the impugned judgment and award passed in LAC No.325 of 2016 dated 24.03.2014. At the time of issuance of notice in this application vide order dated 16.09.2016, the impugned judgment and award was stayed till the returnable date on the condition that the appellant should deposit 60% of the amount due and payable in terms of the award, in the reference Court within twelve weeks. The learned advocate for the appellant states that the said condition is complied with and 60% of the amount is deposited accordingly. In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and disposed of.
