Subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur, we permit the petitioner to remove the office objections, provided the acknowledgment is produced within a week. In case, if the petitioner fails to remove the office objections, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.
