The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though similarly situated persons have been granted graduate pay scale with effect from 21/09/1995, the petitioner has been singled out and he has been granted the graduate pay scale from the year 2008. It is stated that in similar set of facts, this Court had directed the respondentsZilla Parishad to decide the representations of the petitioners in the writ petition and the representations of the petitioners in the said petitions were favourably considered by the Zilla Parishad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents-Zilla Parishad to decide the representation made by the petitioner.
Shri Kapgate, the learned counsel for the respondents-Zilla Parishad, states that the representation made by the petitioner on 30/05/2014 at Annexure-L would be decided by the Zilla Parishad as early as possible.
wp5568.14 2/2 In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the Zilla Parishad to decide the representation of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of three months.
Order accordingly. No costs.
